[ProgSoc] Proposition/Edict/Invitation/however-you-see-it for the Programmers' Society Christmas Party/Event, Two Thousand and Twelve

On Friday, the 23rd of December at 1900-ish, ProgSoc shall go to The Star
(f.k.a. Star City). Building 10 will be clamped down by then, so the best
place to meet is at the venue.

Loads of fun little diversions there, where you can eat, get drunk (or
laugh  at those who do), or otherwise lose your money and/or have a good
time (depending on how you perceive a half-filled glass).

Plus it has been on the ProgSoc to-do-list for quite some time.
