[ProgSoc] Maintanence this afternoon

Hi everyone,

I'll be rebooting ProgSoc's various servers this afternoon to apply security updates. This will occur anytime between 15:30-18:00 and should affect each individual machine for only a couple of minutes - however co-dependant systems may be unavailable for longer than that.

A warning will be broadcast on niflheim 15 minutes before the maintenance window will begin.
