[ProgSoc] Discounted tickets to Oktoberfest

Hi,

We'd like to offer ProgSoc members discounted entry to the upcoming
oktoberfest at uts this friday. Tickets are $10 (to progsoc members) and the
first 400 patrons get a free stein!!!
