[ProgSoc] Building 10 closure

Thanks for passing the info, Livia!

So, it looks like level 2 is open today (along with the convenience store
and cafe10. Yay, lunch!). And most of level 3.
Unfortunately, the ProgSoc room is in the area that is still blocked off.

Hopefully you see this email, Livia, before it's too late!
