[ProgSoc] Advance notice of downtime: Sunday 17 June

[Computer Systems Officer]

On Sunday 17 June, all progsoc machines will be rebooted as part of
regular maintenance. It is expected that any downtime will be limited
to the time it takes for each machine to reboot (up to 5 minutes per
machine). In the event that a particular service ceases to function as
a result of applying updates and rebooting, please send email to cso,
and I will look into it immediately.
