[ProgSoc] 2 "A"GMs? (Re: ProgSoc AGM 2015 -- 14th October)

Umm, no, because we will only be doing it this year (5.1.3.1. is clear on
that point).

This was also amended in March by vote of the membership:

7.2.1 The Annual General Meeting shall be held in the month of
s/March/October/ each year.
