OPTION B
5.2 Executive Committee Vacancies Any vacancy occurring on the Executive Committee shall be filled at a Special General Meeting to be held as soon as possible after the vacancy occurs.
NB: This would be a two-step vote. In the first step, the voting public would be asked to choose which option (A or B) they would prefer (a simple 50% majority should suffice), then they would cast the binding vote on the selected option (where the 2/3 majority would be required). Hence the outcomes for this vote would be OPTION A passed, OPTION B passed or BOTH OPTIONS rejected.
